- Fare has to be prepaid or a deposit is required at the start of journey.
- Service may be refused by the driver if passenger is toxicated or driver feels unsafe
- If booking is canceled due to act of God, road closures or any other reason, the passenger will be charged for part of the journey
- $3 dollars surcharge may apply for payments made by card
- Meter fare: $2.69 per km + flagfall $1.99. Waiting charges are $1.10 per minutes
- Prepaid set fare are cheaper than meter fare
- Soiling of car: $150 dollars
